Aquatus Tructa is a high-energy trout and salmon diet designed to give the lowest feed cost per pound of fish by delivering excellent growth rates and low feed conversion rates. Research by Aquatus has demonstrated that, provided the minimum digestible protein requirement is met, higher-energy feeds have the potential to drive down FCRs when fed to appetite.
BioTrout has a highly digestible protein and energy content in a ratio which has been carefully adjusted to allow maximum growth without affecting harvest quality.
Aquatus Tructa also utilizes the aminobalance™ concept to match the dietary protein profile with the fish’s essential amino acid requirement. This ensures that the maximum amount of valuable dietary protein is used for muscle growth and the least possible amount is deposited as fat or broken down to form nitrogenous waste products e.g. ammonia.
Aquatus Tructa 2 – 5,0 mm may contain a trace level of pigment in our stock formulation.
Aquatus Tructa 6 – 9,0 mm have a standard pigment level of 100 ppm astaxanthin.
